Welcome all to the S45 rule summit results!! This season had all two ballots, ISFL and Universal.
ISFL
The ISFL Ballot consisted of 1 proposals. The voting party was made up of 20 members (14 ISFL teams, 5 ISFL HO members and 1 league owner) and as a result of everyone voting, a proposal required 15 votes to pass (1 more then the amount of teams is both 15)
Proposal 1 - "In order for a player to be eligible to win (or be nominated for) an ISFL award, that player's user must have completed a minimum of X activity checks during the course of that season for the player in question. This includes any activity check over the course of the regular season or playoffs, but not the preceding offseason."
1 Vote Against - 6 Votes 1 AC, 13 Votes 2 AC - Note: After voting finished, those who were selected 1 AC were asked to pick either 2 AC or no to form a majority, in whihc 2 AC got 15 votes
Rule Passes - 2 AC's
Universal
The Universal Ballot consisted of 4 proposals. The voting party consisted of 33 members (14 ISFL teams, 8 DSFL teams ,5 ISFL HO members, 5 DSFL HO members and 1 league owner) and with all votes submitted, 24 votes are needed for a rule to pass (>70%).

Proposal 4 - Teams may not vote for their own GMs for General Manager of the Year in user award voting.

That is your S46 Rule Summit results, with all 5 proposals across the ISFL and Universal ballots passing. All rules will come into immediate effect so that the pro bowl for this season can use the updated formulas whilst the rules for award eligbility and rule voting can be in effect for this seasons award period.
As always, you can always ask your GM or someone in HO to put forth rule proposals that you may have, and feel free to discuss the rules passed and any questions about them you may have nicely in the replies.
