There are a lot of players eligible for our next award, top defensive back. It consists of all corner backs and safeties in the DSFL. The fact that our winner received almost all the votes is a testament to how dominant his performance was. CB Mark Bowden of the is the winner! He compiled 64 tackles, 19 pass deflections, and 6 interceptions.

Time to give the linebackers some recognition. The best of the best are able to rush the passer, drop into coverage, and seek out the opposing running back like a laser guided missile. We have two candidates for the Top LB award:
Acolyte : 100 Tak, 13 Sak, 6 TFL, 2 FF, 1 INT, 9 PD Mcringleberry : 121 Tak, 8 Sak, 13 TFL, 2 INT, 13 PD
Now for the best DSFL defensive lineman. This was a landslide victory. The following player had an incredible year that helped propel himself into the first round of the NSFL draft. He had 18 sacks, the most in the league by 5. He also racked up 10 tackles for loss. I'm talking about Andres Waiters of the Portland Pythons!
@Chukka
Offensive linemen are the unsung heroes of a football team. You will not wins many games without good blocking. Two of the best season long performances were from the two following players:
Alonzo Charles - 53 pancakes, 4 sacks allowed Guy Worthy - 42 panckaes, 2 sack allowed
Gucci's ability to find the end zone looks to have been the deal breaker in this one. Congratulations to @MixAndMatch and enjoy your retirement, it's great to go out on top.
