FAQ - Training and Equipment
Q: I have 5M in my bank account at the moment. Can I spend all of it on training at once?
A: Don't confuse weekly training with coaching. As it's name indicates, the weekly training can be claimed once every calendar week, provided you have the necessary funds to pay for it.
You can pay for one of every coaching session or equipment piece once every season, any time during the season. In this case, yes, it's technically possible to spend 5M at once. For example, you could pay for the cleats, the gloves, the shoulder pads, the QB coach and extra time after practice in one transaction.
Q: How do I apply the points from the equipment I buy?
A: You need to use the update scale for this as well. A + 2 TPE to speed doesn't mean you would go from 80 to 82 with that piece of equipment. You'd get from 80 to 80 2/10.
Q: I have no more money in my bank account. Can I still pay for my weekly training and reimburse the amount later?
A: The funds need to be available when you make your purchase. The League allows you to be 2M in debt but no more than that.
Q: I have no more money in my bank account but I did some media/my contract was deposited/etc so I have money incoming. Can I pay for my weekly training?
A: If you can prove you have money coming in your bank account, yes, you can pay for your training.
Q: I see people claiming "free training". What is that?
A: Every new player is given one free weekly training, which means the first weekly training (+5 TPE) you will claim after you created your player will be free.
Again, this only concerns the weekly training. You can't choose to purchase equipment with it.
Equipment Options
- You may only purchase one (1) tier of equipment per season
- You may upgrade to a higher tier within the same season, for the cost of the difference between the two tiers. For example, upgrading from Tier 1 to Tier 2 would cost an additional $2,000,000
- The upgrade only provides the difference in TPE between the two tiers as well. For example, upgrading from Tier 1 to Tier 2 would provide an additional 5 TPE.
- The TPE gained from this purchase can be used for any attribute
- Post all Equipment withdrawals in the appropriate Player Transactions section
Tier 1 Equipment - 5 TPE - $2,000,000
Tier 2 Equipment - 10 TPE - $4,000,000
