The Portland Pythons are thrilled to announce the hiring of Daybe as the team’s new co-General Manager.
Daybe brings a lot of management experience to Portland as a former NSFL Co-GM with the Colorado Yeti and as a current GM for the Independents in the National Collegiate Tournament. He comes to the Pythons with high praise for both his locker room presence and game-planning ability from his former GM (Roly) and I’m excited to get to work with him.
This brings a bittersweet close PDXBaller’s storied history with this franchise as he moves on to a role in the DSFL league office and with the Philadelphia Liberty. The Pythons won fewer than 10 games just once with PDXBaller at the helm and he finishes his incredible career with a 31-11 (.738) record. More impactful than the on-field results, however, was PDXBaller’s ability to connect with and develop the Pythons’ players.
That legacy is what myself and Daybe will be striving to uphold starting with the S7 Portland Pythons. Cheers!
