When pasting from the google spreadsheet you need to include the infobox in order for the page to format correctly. You also need to add a few more paragraphs to your Early Years, College Career, and potentially Professional Career sections in order to gain approval. Let me know when you've updated your page and I'll give it another look. This is an example of the kind of length we're looking for.
