At least to start with. You can go nuts and alter stuff after the fact, if you know what you're doing. The reason for this is that there are things in the template that have been added over time, as I've tried to improve admin and bookkeeping overall... so if you happen to copy an older page, you'll have a bunch of stuff either wrong or missing that I've spent a looooong time trying to standardise and fix. Which I then have to go in and fix. I impersonate a programmer for a living

I'm not mad about it or gonna stop people doing it... It's just easier for the wiki team to edit and clean up when people are using the same format (and preferably the latest version). Eventually I'll write something in PHP to automatically do this in the wiki or something, but until then, this is the best we got. I know it's a pain sometimes, but bear with me.
