All around, I think these are great and fun ideas! Would be hard to implement some (especially the sim related one) due to how the backend works though.
I think these are super cool! I love the first three tiers of ideas and think they can all be balanced with time.
The only early one that is a little too much is adding a year of position experience as that has a very noticeable effect on sim performance. In T4, a free position swap is too overpowered and takes away a lot of the effort of teambuilding. In T5, position less football would go against too many sim rules we have in place currently and make balancing even tougher for the sim balance team. Stat cap would need to be like by 1 or something I think. Regression stopping is always a tough sell. Giving people 50 TPE to switch teams is a little crazy. Overall, I love the idea and think that it should be something implemented, especially if its giving bonuses for legaue money rather than TPE/sim enhancement for a player. I love the first three tiers of ideas and think they can all be balanced with time. 100%, Tier 5 is kinda crazy because it's for the max players and rewarding getting to the peak of a career, I think definitely this is the part that needs actual number tuning while the rest of them (bar maybe the player exp one) are pretty innocuous in terms of what happens in the sim. I think that there is something to be said that of the top level tags being a bit defining and crazy specifically as a reward for a max level career is something I do enjoy, but understand if my off-the-dome tuning isn't actually doable with balance. I tried to make sure that the tags wouldn't actually require anything new in sim rather than increasing attributes or doing TPE stuff that already happens with updaters as is. Ultimus: S46, S47
