The two things I would like to see change in the league are raised salary caps and higher pay for league jobs. I love this league, however I only have a little bit of free time per week to devote to a league job as a graphics grader. For the past two seasons, I have graded the most graphics in the league and yet I'm still broke after buying my equipment each season. While someone who submits just a handful of graphics per season, can maintain a healthy bank balance with ease. I'm not asking for the graders to make more than the artists themselves, but I certainly would like to see a raise. Perhaps 200k per item graded and a 5 million base salary? This raise is especially needed because league salaries are so low. I make only 2 million per season from the Crash, and while I wouldn't want to be the only person asking for more money and put the team at a disadvantage, I feel like raising the salary cap would allow players to make a more reasonable amount per season. Raising the salary cap and raising job pay would allow people like me to have a comfortable bank balance while still contributing to the life of the ISFL.
