I think a really interesting way to build ISFL teams would be to force GMs to build their teams so that, at the start of the season, their final roster must only have 1 player per 100 TPE bracket on offense and defense. For example, you can have one 1,500+ TPE player, one 1,400-1,499 TPE player, one 1,300-1,399 TPE player, and so on. As I said before, this would apply to offense and defense independently. Kickers and punters would be exempt from this as there generally is only one per team anyways.
I feel this could be interesting to test in a sim file. It would introduce an element of strategy for GM's in that they would have to decide which positions on offense and defense would most benefit from having high TPE players. Now obviously there might not be enough high TPE players available for each of the 14 ISFL teams. If this is the case, teams can have two players in the same 100 TPE bracket.
