As another season of ISFL football gets underway, each of the teams in the league has high expectations for success and hopes for a run at the championship, but the nature of the game requires that only one team emerge from the campaign as the victors. If I'm not allowed to write about my own team, I could name several contenders - the always potent Arizona Outlaws, the New Orleans Second Line who are hoping to emerge from an extended period of rebuilding and make a run with a huge amount of TPE, the Cape Town Crash hoping to avenge their loss in last season's Ultimus game - but I have high hopes for my former teams, the Yellowknife Wraiths and Baltimore Hawks. They both have paths to lead the wide open NSFC with high levels of talent and histories of success. I'll be rooting for both of these teams to make a deep run this year!
