I don't know that this highlight is from a single play (though I do have one within that game), but rather the game as a whole. Week 10 New Orleans Second Line vs. San Jose Sabercats is the defining moment for me on the whole season. To that point in the season, San Jose was 6-3 and playing great football. New Orleans on the other hand was 3-6 and not playing it's best football. San Jose was up 21-0 until NOLA finally got a field goal with 54 seconds left in the half. New Orleans would go on to score 24 unanswered points and come away with a 31-24 win. Not only did the Second Line turn around the fortunes of this particular game, but it turned around our whole season. We got hot, going on to win 6 of our last 7 games and clinching a return trip to the playoffs. The one play that stands out most to me in that specific game was pretty early in the second half. Ben Slothlisberger hit Austin McCormick for a 73 touchdown pass. While the play itself was extremely satisfying to see my teammate old man McCormick outrun the whole defense, it gave our team such a jolt of energy. The defense force two straight three and outs, while the offense scored two touchdowns on the next two possessions. It was such a crazy momentum shift and I feel like I'm normally on the wrong end of it. It felt nice to be on the winning side of a game like this.
