13. Choose a team or player to write about that isn’t your own. What did they do well in the last season? Have they shown any drastic improvements from previous years? What could they do better?
Wendell Sailor is going down as the GOAT QB in ISFL history books! The guy has been at this forever it feels like and has finally decided to call it a career. The guy is like an ageless wonder. He was not only able to win 3 ships in the past 5 years but going to the finals the other 2 as well. Usually when the team gets older it feels like they have lost a step or something but the ability for Sailor to keep his composure and stay healthy makes him one of the best ever. After a slower then normal start this season which saw the offence struggle a fair bit Wendell would take the 2-5 Outlaws to an almost perfect back half of the season and would win out the regular season, win the 2 conference playoff games but unfortunately come up a little short in the finals to Cape Town. There should be no surprise from this though. Wendell has always put up very consistent numbers since joining the outlaws. According to wolfie bot stats, Sailor now ranks top 10 in every QB stat in the ISFL. He Ranks 1st in TD passes, 2nd in Passing rating and pass percentage. This also is 7th in total passing yards. Unfortunately, this season we saw a bit of a drop off in his totals and he didn’t put up as high of numbers as he normally would have or we could be looking at him being first across multiple categories. Despite this he was still able to get the job almost done as he dragged the team with him to the 5th ultimus in a row which should be some sort of record in itself. @.simo has had an incredible career and I am looking forward to seeing his name go in to the Hall of Fame on what should be a first ballot selection.
19. Your team has announced that they will be laying ground on a new stadium next season. What additions would you like to see included in it. (Written Task)
Who doesn’t love a new stadium with all the extra money we are getting from endorsements after our historic run I can think of a few must haves in our locker room and stadium moving forward. Firstly and most importantly we need to have our very own pizza chain area! TURLTES LOVE PIZZA, better have the ability to get any brand they want right in the building to ensure they always can get a slice of what they are crazing! They should also have a turtle pond who doesn’t love laying in these areas for a nice bath to help unwind after a practice or game? Next a martial arts studio that can double as a yoga studio! Why not go a 2 in one combo. Leo has recently found how yoga has helped him stay limber and healthy as he is getting older and regression starting to get him. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t keeping up with all his martial arts and would kill for an area that he can do what he is in the mood for!
