Well for me I am on my first recreate player I started off with The Player Tony Demonson I really enjoyed that I started off in The J League with Bondi Beach, I sort of messed that up not treating others the best and I got way too into character. I regret doing that but after that I ended up in Germany with the Berlin fire Salamanders that was a good time for the first part I got a little sick of losing though and thought I could maybe get a better shot elsewhere that is when Philadelphia Liberty traded for me they didn't end up making the playoffs and at trade deadline shipped me too Orange County otters that also didn't pan out because they missed playoffs aswell so going into Free Agentcy i didnt know where i might end up i ended up back in Philadelphia which is prolly one of my many favorite memories

My favorite moment in the league in my many years here, which date back to the league's 6th season, is all of the Ultimuses I won as the Otters general manager. Hardly a surprise. It was not the best time of my real life and having something to dedicate my time and attention to really helped. Of course it also stressed me out horribly, and would have probably been a miserable experience if that time and effort hadn't translated into wins, but that didn't happen, so it was great. In particular I think the S12 and S13 titles were my favorites, because they came before I was really stressed about everything. It was much easier to just put in the work I wanted and accept the results that came. But there was also much less parity back then, so there were fewer teams to worry about losing crazy games against. Once I got later into my time here that changed, and we'd lose some random games, and it felt like the time was all for naught. And turns out that it kind of was, because the sim was a jankier piece of shit than any of us ever imagined, but anyway. Winning was fun, the end.

I am going to count my first season in the league as one big memory, and honestly it all still feels like a blur. The time between joining the league and being drafted to the Otters was second to none and I would not trade it for anything. I loved meeting both my fellow rookies and the veterans who welcomed us all in. My days were filled with chatting away in discord (although that hasn't really changed) and then reading the wiki and old forum threads at night. I had endless energy to make media, sitting at my desk for hours doing research and typing it all up. It was also an absolute blast to be part of the Portland People Eaters defense, a stacked group with many high picks. Between my two jobs that season, DSFL HO Intern and Portland GM, I also got to see the intricacies of how the league worked behind the scenes first hand which was awesome!

Written option: A lot of us have been part of the ISFL for many seasons. What has been some of your favorite memories to note?

My favorite seasons to this point are with the New York Silverbacks but with my last player, Tugg Speedman. One season in particular stands out against the rest though as it was an insanely successful season. Not only did the New York Silverbacks win the Ultimus that season, but my first player won his first major award as Wide Receiver of the Year as well as Returner of the Year. I've never quite had a season like that before, in the International Simulation Football League, or other sim leagues like the Pro Baseball Experience. I'm not sure anything will touch that but a close second is making the International Simulation Football League Hall of Fame with Tugg Speedman. I really was not sure if he would get in or not but he was a unanimous vote in (thank god for being such a good returner in addition to being a really good wide receiver. The third memory that I can remember is winning my first Ultimus with New York, it was the first ever Championship I had ever won in sim leagues and man it felt good.

I've been in the ISFL since day one. It's been roughly six years since I first signed up, and I've had a lot of interesting experiences. The first would have to be the 7 quarterback situation in Orange County. It was so cool that Boss Sr ultimately came out on top in the QB competition that defined the early time of the leagues news cycle. Winning the competition and ending up as one of the leaders of the league's first great dynasty is something I'll always cherish. Hitting the field with a player like Johnny Blaze Sr and following up things with another Hall of Famer is something I consider one of my best accomplishments. Starting out with the second part of the Otters Dynasty and then somehow winding up in Sarasota for the start of their franchise, I'm a lucky guy. Mike Boss Jr had some crazy moments and was a champion in his own right as well. It's impossible for me to pin down just one moment I've been a part of in the leagues past, but I'm glad that I've had so many positive memories.

I have so many good memories to talk about, and I’ll be using this space to talk about what comes to mind.

First, I still remember stumbling across this league. I was a part of the inaugural r/nfl class. The post was deep in the nfl offseason, and I was scrolling by new. The recruiting worked. I remember getting drafted by the newly non-bot Norfolk. The energy was so good in that locker room.

I remember getting my first GM job in Portland. It was so rewarding and I learned a lot. Winning the Ultimini was the best memory I have of this league, all of the hard work of the team and staff paid off. Getting my first league job as a PPT grader was great too. I realized I could give back to the league in a meaningful way. As PPT Head, I was involved in the creation of things like playoff predictions and wiki update task. I also have fond memories of GMing Baltimore.

[Rise of Smitty]

Everybody and their mama knows that when Smitty joins a team they will win multiple Ultimus titles. It just is what it is. What my favorite memories is doing exactly that for teams that are cursed. I kicked it off with the London Royals getting them an Ultimini with my Tre'Darius J'Vathon player and then parlayed that into not just one Ultimus, breaking the Sarasota curse, but helping them win a second one as well before I stopped being active and let them have my old player's corpse for a few seasons. Now that I come back with this current player I immediately pick up on my curse breaking ways by leading the Portland Pythons to an Ultimini where they were 0-7 in Ultimini appearances before. Not only that but just being part of the Baltimore Hawks system allowed them to break a long standing curse and got them an Ultimus in the same season. Next on the list is the first back to back titles which will be happening this season and will create a new favorite memory. Smitty is a walking championship. Learn that quick toofpete.
