Not only was he fresh out of college and lacking the leadership or scheming experience that most teams look for in a coach, but he had simply coasted through his high school years on his unparalleled athleticism that he never really needed to study up that much on playbooks. But, duty called, there was no way Dante was going to turn down this opportunity to give back to the program that put him on his path to the pros. First, he had to figure out his philosophy.
