Written: Write 200 words on one of the QB matchups in this year's playoffs. What are you most excited to see (Or excited to have seen), who will play better (Or who played better), etc.
The conferance final of the DSFL SFC division saw the battle between S14 NSFL draftees Corvo Havran and Cooter Bigsby. One drafted first overall by the Yellowknife Wraiths and playing for the San Antonio Marshals and the other drafted second overall by the Baltimore Hawks playing for the Tijuana Luchadores.. A battle between two masterminds quarterbacks.
The San Antonio Marshals had the better season of the two teams, having an almost perfect season going 13-1 and the Luchadores getting in the playoffs with a mediocore 8-6 record.
Between the two quarterbacks we see that Cooter Bigsby had the better regular season having 233 completions on 362 attempts being a 64.4 completion percentage. Recording 2276 yards with 18 touchdowns, 11 interceptions and a rating of quarterback rating of 85.8.
Corvo Havran went 277 completions on 441 attempts for a 62.8 completion percentage. Recording 2700 yards with 11 touchdowns, 10 interceptions and a quarterback rating of 78.8.
One would expect Cooter Bigsby to have the better game here, due to having a very dominant regular season. Havran had a decent season ending second in completion percentage, tied 3rd for touchdowns and first in attempts, completions and yards. Bigsby finished second in touchdowns, first in completion percentage 3rd in completions and 6th in attempts.
Bigsby had an absolute stunning performance in the conference final, completing 18 on 27 attempts. With 3 touchdowns and 1 interception for a final rating of 103.3!
Havran went 17 for 31 with a single touchdown recording a final rating of 79.5
However at the end of it all Tijuana ended up winning the game with a solid 30-21 away win.

Interview with the great Marquise Brown aka @YoungTB
How did it feel to lose to your former team in the NSFC conference final?
Not gonna lie, it stung. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy my former team made the Ultimus but seeing such a high caliber team like ours lose in such a heartbreaking fashion really sucked.
Looking back at your performance in the NSFC conference final, how did you think you played?
I think I played great as always. I gave my 100% effort out there, and while it didn’t translate into a win, I’m proud of how I played. I just gotta keep moving forward.
Do you think that if you had staying in Philadelphia this year you could have been the difference between an upset final appereance and a cup?
That’s tough to answer. Shit happens and it’s tough to say what would have been the case had I stayed in Philly. I don’t like to dwell on my past moves, but I want to continue making moves that are right for me and my future.
Looking at next year do you think the Hawks have what it takes to go back into the playoffs and get a cup?
Of course. This team is filled with talent and I’m lucky to be a part of it. I’m 100% confident we’ll be back next year and win it all.
