My biggest real world role model is Danny Grithead because he showed me that you can do anything with enough grit and being the first one in and the last one out and outworking everyone else. By being a real gym rat. By just being scrappy. A lunch pail, blue collar type of worker. Work the hardest in the weight room. Study the film harder than the competition. Just work so much harder than all of the other lazy idiot morons you play with. By doing those things you can truly achieve anything. You don't need any physical talent or knowledge of the game whatsoever. You just have to want it more. You need to need it. And that's what Danny Grithead does. That guy has absolutely no talent. None. Everything he has, he got by outworking the competition and having a non-stop motor and just wanting it more. In fact, you can boil down the basic idea to this. All you need to do to receive the thing you want more than anything in the world is to want it more than anything in the world. Simply with that acting of wanting it the most, you will be handed it with absolutely no effort required. That's it. And that's Danny Grithead, and that's why he's such an inspiration.
