Tier 2:
Norfolk is really headed in a great direction. A team that is full of talent, competitive hard-working, and a team that consists of friendly players. It was very heart-breaking to end the best season Norfolk had in my opinion, on a missed game winning field goal to just lose on a game-winning field goal (does this sound right?). However, this just makes these players hungry to want to win even more. They have a burden on their shoulders, and that burden is to make it to the playoffs again and to try to win it all.
There was a lot of strengths and some weaknesses this season. With Scorp and Juniped stepping down as GMs of the Norfolk Seawolves, Blasoon and J0eb will now takeover. While Scorp and Juniped were great GMs, Blasoon and J0eb now being the new GMs is honestly a great decision and very well deserved. J0eb is one of the scouters who first reached out to me during my scouting process. Since that day he honestly has been very helpful when it came to doing what was best for my player. He is also a dude that really wants to help to make the Seawolves successful and competitive. Blasoon being alongside with J0eb is honestly a great pair together. Blasoon also is a GM that does his best on trying to to make the Seawolves have a success. Blasoon also tries to find the best player and help those players to be the best they can possibly be. This is one of the greatest strengths coming in the offseason. I know Blasoon and J0eb, as well as the front office, will find the gems this upcoming DSFL Draft.
One weakness the Seawolves had was their passing game. They were last in passing yards, and now that receivers such as Beneit Blanco, and Dre Matthews will be headed to the NSFL draft, the Seawolves should be considering on drafting wide receivers that could help the Seawolves on not being last in passing yards, but there can be a possibility that these players can be sent down and player for Norfolk again.
The biggest strength in this season was our rushing game. Tequila Sunrise was first in rushing yards this season and was one of the main factors on Norfolk's success this season. I could not end this if I did not forget about our defense. We were one of the best, probably the best defensive team in the DSFL. Our linebackers, Ryan Scott, Jack Banks, de Pengu, and many others really helped Norfolk with their tackles and sacks and we could not have won any of our games without them.
My experience in the league has honestly been one of the greatest experiences ever. I was introduced to this league by Rapideagle. If I am being honest, at first I really did not know if I wanted to invest my time into this but then after knowing some people, seeing what goes down in the league, I do not regret being in this and I want to thank Rapid for inviting me to the league. I am so excited for the new faces who will join the league and will be happy to help them.
During the scouting process I have met a lot of nice and good people such as Tylus, Faded, Valor, and many other great people. There is no better feeling than a scout going into your DMs on discord and messaging you to ask some questions during the recruiting process. Even though I am very sure that a lot of players do not like I had a lot of fun with them.
I was satisfied with my player's start at first, but then I met the other players. I saw players with a lot of TPE and it made me want to grind to upgrade player in order to have a good pick in the DSFL draft. The process of upgrading at first had a lot of typing and writing in it at first, but I would say it was worth it. I got to a point where I was satisfied with my player and was ready for the DSFL draft.
Being drafted for the first time was such a great experience. Being in a team that wanted me and to let me showcase my talent was the best. When I was first scouted by J0eb of the Norfolk Seawolves, I really thought my interview with him really went well and honestly thought I was going to be in Norfolk. The day of the draft, I was drafted by the Seawolves with the 30th pick. When I heard my name live I was really excited and I was even more ecstatic when I saw Norfolk picking me up. Looking back at the draft, I think I should of gone up in the draft but I can say the same for others who were picked after me. However, I would of rather been picked 30th by the Seawolves then going 1 with another team because Norfolk is honestly the best. J0eb, Blasoon, Scorp, Tesla, Juniped, Bex, Isa, hotdog and many others were so welcoming and happy to see me in their locker room. It's an experience I would never forget. Having them in a locker room and having a conversation with them is great. I also couldn't forget my wide receiver buddy xQCFamous. A dude that was not drafted due to him being late into creating a player but honestly is a gem. It's amazing to see how fast he has update his player. If I would ever recommend a player to join a team in the DSFL, it would be Norfolk
Now, I have one suggestion for the league. It's has been probably talked a lot or recommended a lot but it would be players getting money from playing games, or getting money from getting something like touchdowns, sacks, interceptions, made field goals or whatever.
Quote:6) It’s always important to look forward to the future. Examine your team, and in 400 words or more, talk about how they can improve themselves to get a stab at trophy contention next year. Are you loaded with draft capital for the next draft? Do you have plenty of cap space to sign free agents? Go through the roster and note the different strengths and weaknesses, and how you think those will change over the next few seasons. How should your team adapt?

Who have you met that has made your time here more fun, friendly, and exciting? Have you been satisfied with your player’s early start? What was it like being drafted for the first time? Do you have any comments or suggestions for the entire league that you think should be implemented?
