As someone who is fairly new to the league, unfortunately the dotts cards are not all that appealing to me. The difficulty I have is that despite there being cards and them seeming interesting, I have almost no reference to the past seasons in the league. So when I see legends to others, I just see names on cards. One way I think to improve this is to maybe have some sort of catalog to maybe look up and see what some of that players accomplishments inside the league were, and I mean that outside of just stats and awards it would be more interesting to me to see maybe how that player interacted within the simulation league to give me a better idea of who the legends in this league really were.
Perhaps when the most recent cards come out I will be more interested but for the time being everything is too confusing for me to actually want to get into them at the moment.
Another way to stimulate the economy could be to have veterans maybe run "Camps" for rookies in the offseason, the veteran could pay a certain amount to run the camps and the rookies could pay the veteran and everyone could get some TPE out of it. This could be good for DSFL teams maybe if none of that seems against the rules but I think it would be a super cool way to incorporate real world football stuff into earning tpe in the offseason and also pulling money out of the economy. Of course the inner workings of it might be a bit complicated.
