One of the biggest rising stars that you don't hear much is Fox North. This kid can ball out. The 6’1 210 from Penn State has shown everyone in training camp that he is the real deal. North has the height, the speed, and the tenacity to fight for every ball thrown his way. As you watch him you can see something special that is being developed. Top receiver for Philadelphia already he is going to be thrown into the fire in his rookie year. He will catch almost everything in his reach and once he has the ball in his hands it's almost like trying to pry it off a frozen dead guy. The offense is definitely going to look for him to be a focal point in the movement of the ball. If he can stay healthy and be as effective as we have seen him in training camp he can be very dangerous to opposing cornerbacks. Though a few question remain with his maturity level and how well he can adapt and survive under pressure, he is a player that many fans are going to glue their eyes on. With the regular season just right around the corner, Fox North and the rest of the Philadelphia Liberties have to be prepared as this season will not be a cakewalk for the new team.
