My actual first impression of the sim is noticing how long the games are gonna take now which I have mixed feelings about. It is pretty cool that we can see where the passes are going, but I don’t like how we can't see the stats in game very well. The Royals got off to a pretty good start in this new season only losing to the Phythons in preseason so far and shutting out the Seawolves in a major blow out win. I think the new sim still has some tweaking to do with the running backs and some of the various turnovers but so far so good. My player Tsuyu Asui is doing decently in this new sim with only a preseason touchdown so far but we have a rookie quarterback so that's to be expected.
I do like how we can be more creative with the home field designs and that has led to both good and bad looking fields. My favorite is obviously the Royals and I know how biased that is. Still it is simple and clean so that's why i like it. I think teams should just stick to green turf, but I understand if some of them want to go the Boise St route.
