As a DT, that's obviously where the majority of my attention goes when flipping through the index after games. As a result, I've come to know my DT peers well, and am always comparing myself to them to see how I stack up. This season hasn't been a great one for me so far statistically speaking. I've performed only slightly above average in terms of my tackles, and my TFL and sack numbers just aren't up to par with some of the top dogs at my position. There has been one DT who has performed at a much higher level than almost everyone else to start the season out: Big Edd. After a lackluster season last season, Big Edd has returned to his previous form and is absolutely destroying opposing offenses. So far, Edd has accrued 56 tackles, good for most among DTs, 6 tackles for loss, good for second most among DTs, 3 forced fumbles, most among DTs, 1 fumble recovery, and 7 sacks, most among DTs. Edd has put up full season numbers in only 11 weeks, and is greatly helping the Yeti as they continue their pursuit for a top seed in the conference. The Yeti currently sit at 7-4, behind only the Chicago Butchers (8-3), and the Sarasota Sailfish (8-3).
