Darren Pama's charity of choice would be La Casa De Las Madres, a local homeless charity in San Francisco. He still has a long lasting connection to his hometown, and wishes to work on one of its largest problems. San Francisco has thousands of homeless people, and all too often the only response from people in power is "they're dirtying up the place" and not enough effort is made to actually give them housing and shelter. They see the problem of Homelessness, and try to blame it on the Homeless themselves. Besides straight up working for La Casa De Las Madres, Pama would also (anonymously) donate a large chunk of his bank account into building new housing and getting it to the homeless population and lobbying to overturn the building laws that have helped make the homeless situation so terrible in California. Although to be frank, sometimes it feels like no matter what you do it's hard to overturn the terrible course that has occurred over the past few decades.
That being said, this question has been extremely weird to answer for me the past couple of seasons. To put it simply, I feel that charity is both not all that effective and all too often used as a way for the literally too wealthy to obtain ethically people in the world to get a pass for the awful deeds they do and did to gain and maintain that wealth in the first place.
