When I see the extra 4 million in my bank account, the first thought on my mind would be "are they sending me back down?", as 4 million dollars are the exact amount a DSFL senddown would earn while being down. So naturally, my next reaction would be to contact my new ISFL GM and inquire about that, since whether or not I'm being sent down is very important for both me and my DSFL team. So that's how I would find out that the money was deposited in my account as a mistake, not as a result of me being sent down as I originally thought.
Now that's a different story. This means that the 4 million is ISFL money instead of DSFL one, and therefore counts against the ISFL cap of 85 million. That's a huge blow for my ISFL team, as that's 3 million more than they're supposed to pay me- at the rookie minimum of 1 million. It's most likely that the team would need to cut some player or downgrade an offensive line bot just because of this if I decide to keep the money.
I'm not going to lie, 3 million more is a big boost for your bank account. But is it worth screeing your team over, and likely highly disrupting their season plan? Most certainly not. (224)
