A day in the life of Blackstone wouldn't be particularly interest because, like these PTs always remind me, I create the most boring characters. But Blackstone doesn't really mind that much because in his mind it fits with the persona that he believes most people expect from their linemen anyway. That being said, on a regular practice day he's up early around 5 and out of the apartment by 5:45 so that he can make it to the facility by 6 for breakfast. He gulps down what the nutritionists have prepared for him, a routine that will become a common theme with quick cuts throughout the video as he has more than a half-dozen prepared meals per day. Then, he needs to get his body moving to fully wake up, so he does some cardio and simple weights before starting on a film session with his fellow d-linemen and position coach around 9am. That can last upwards of 3 hours before they are out on the field for drills and scrimmage. Finally, he ends the day with a weight-lifting session from around 4-6 before returning home. Typically, at home, he tries to spend quality time with his family because he isnt able to get much of it while in season. However, he still tries to be in bed by 9:30 before starting it all over again the next day.
