For the rest of the season, Simon the Frog needs to work on the intangibles. Whether it's his work ethic, field vision or the mysterious something called "sim luck", it's clear that he needs some work in that department. On paper there's nothing wrong with Simon. He's among the gastest players in his position, and hence he has speed advantage over most wide receivers. And he is on par- if not on an advantage- with most wide receivers in terms of agility and strength, too. And yet, he allows a big play almost every game. That's not what his team expected when they drafted him quite high, and he must fix whatever is wrong and be the true, dominant number 1 cornerback the team really needs. For that he will need to communicate with the coaches, and spend more time in the film room. It's going to be a long process, but intangibles aren't called "intangibles" for nothing- they're often hard to spot. (163)
