With how the season has been going for NOLA, I should honestly say that clkosing out games is not in our realm of possibility. We are 1-4 in one score games. Flip that around and we would be 6-4 right now. Obviously that's much better compared to last season. However, we just can't seem to do well when it comes to it. I hope things start to turn around, but it seems a little too late for that to happen. All we can do is look to the future and see what other things we can down the road that might help. Our running game ahs been as strong as ever, which has always been the bread and butter for NOLA. I was concerned it would go down due to me moving over to DT. But alas, it looks like it's been just fine. I know our defense as a whole needs help, but there's just a bunch of young pieces, and it'll take time before it'll get better. Hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later too.
