Obviously, the developmental international simulation league Rookie of the Year will come from the offensive side of the ball. It is never a defensive player, even though defensive players always seem to be drafted higher. That causes me to think that most likely, Jay Cue Jr., the running back from Opera_Phantom. This user is already a power user, so it makes sense that they will stay active and have knowledge on what works the best. I would expect big yards and scores coming from Cue and making it fairly obvious for the voters. I would like to think a quarterback would be a good candidate but this class looks risky to say the least. They may prove me wrong but only time will tell. Hopefully the addition of Cue will help Norfolk become a competitor again. As for the ISFL, it is obvious that Owen Farrell, by Asked Madden should be the rookie of the year. He is on the best team in the league (in my heart).
