I'm not doing the DSFL because I'm not insane, and you'd have to certifiably crazy to try and pick out the RotYs in that draft class.
Fortunately, the ISFL draft is much smaller, and is easier to predict from even without that boost.
My pick for ORotY is Swantavius King, K/P for the Sarasota Sailfish. It's fairly rare for a rookie to come into the ISFL and have an immediate impact, just because of the TPE required to outshine established veterans. Of course you can throw all that out the window if there isn't an established veteran, and King is the only kicker on Sarasota's roster. He's almost guaranteed to rack up some serious stats. Honestly, his biggest obstacle is whether or not K/P are eligible for ORotY, which, I mean, I don't know? Both ways would seem reasonable to me.
My pick for DRotY is much less of a sure thing. I'm going with Cob Corning, CB for Baltimore, for actually fairly similar reasons. As near as I can tell, Corning is one of only two CBs on the roster for the Hawks. This should get him a starting spot, and plays on the field lead to stats we can count. Honestly, this one is much more of a toss-up; there are a lot of good defensive players in this draft, and nobody truly stands out above the rest.
