Pranking the newest members of your team is probably one of the oldest traditions in sports. This is equally so for fresh fishe on the Sailfish. During preseason workouts, all the rookies have their own separate mini-camp to get them acclimated to the big leagues, show them around the Fish Bowl, meet the current players, and then of course practice some of their positional skills before sending them down to the DSFL. We call it Fishe School. Abh and Fronk usually frown upon menacing the kids when they're still trying to get acclimated. But I've got my own agenda. This year I plan on hanging back in the locker room until everyone leaves for the evening (it's not uncommon to have other things to do around the facility after practice). I will covertly place deli chicken in all of the rookies' sneakers for them to find in the morning. It'll make all of them smell like day old chicken all day! It'll be hilarious. Also I'll probably eat all the chicken they throw out.
