With me having already served as GM in the DSFL for the London Royals, I will be writing about Albert Ruschmann serving as a potential GM.
Having played 12, soon to be 13, seasons in the ISFL, Albert Ruschmann has plenty of experience on the field. During those seasons, he slowly but surely started picking up some more off the field experience to prepare himself or a GM positions, whether that be with Colorado or any other team in the ISFL. Albert would be a great GM, having been a player for so long. Having that experience, he truly would be able to connect to players on the team, and be seen as one of them instead of just someone from the front office. On the other hand, Albert would already have a rapport with his front office personnel as they would know him from his playing time. Whenever that time comes, Albert will be ready.
