Xavier has the same routine each season every since joining the ISFL.
First, we takes a trip to a new country to wind down from the playoff rush and season adrenaline. Getting to know a new culture is therapeutic for him and makes him a better player for next season. Usually he tries to eat at least one culinary specialty that scares him while there.
Second, he trains with his personal coach, his father, for 3 weeks. This is great for some much needed family time and workout. He always feels refreshed and ready for the training camp that will be coming soon.
Finally, he takes a week of pure solitude where he physically and mentally trains. This is the most important aspect of his iffseason routine as it allows him to re-center himself and bring on the newest version of Xavier.
After the last couple of season of little to no improvement however, he is beginning to doubt this routine. We will check back after this season.
