Frank Dux was preparing for the DSFL draft and trained his entire body in preparation for the combine. He did wind sprints, long distance running, bench press, agility ladder, squats, and so much more. Frank Dux lives by a relatively strict diet - no alcohol or soda. He tries to drink as much water as he can each day to stay hydrated and maximize his workouts and conditioning. His meals mainly consist of chicken being cooked various ways with salads or potatoes as a side.
As mentioned before, a lot of the offseason workouts were Frank working on a quick first step and doing speed and balance drills as well as a ton of footwork drills. Frank also billed up a little bit and added some strength to his repertoire so there was a lot of heavy lifting like squats, bench press, leg press, and cleans.
With all this heavy working out, Frank plans on staying healthy and flexible with in-season yoga.
