As a professional athlete, Dante King understands the importance of keeping his body in peak physical condition even when the season isn't in full swing. It would be easy to give in to the temptation to let his guard down and spend less time in the weight room or treat himself a bit more often, but in order to maintain his successful career as he ages Dante makes sure to keep his routine strong. He keeps the same regimen in the offseason that he does during the ISFL season: hits the gym daily, balances weight training with cardio, and replaces team practice hours with martial arts training to keep his body responsive and his mind sharp. He also loves to help out the community, and sponsoring and attending youth football camps is a great way to stay in shape by occasionally challenging a kid or jumping into a scrimmage game and just breaking fools' ankles. There's no agility training like juking a nine year old out of their shoes.
