The Chicago Butchers so far this season, according to my rough estimates, have been one of, if not the least penalized teams in the ISFL. Of the 5 teams tallied based off of random selection, the Butchers have had the least number of penalties with 17. The other teams, Honolulu, Sarasota, Baltimore, and Austin have accounted for 30, 27, 23, and 26 respectively. That is a significant difference, and the only conclusion that I can definitively make based off of this data is simply that the Chicago Butchers have more of a "will to win" than any other team in the ISFL. This means that the Butchers don't need to employ any silly gimmicks or strategies to stay mechanically and emotionally disciplined - it is hardwired into us all (except for Xave). Every member of the Butchers team takes great pride in keeping level heads and calm minds. A lesser team without this desire to win clearly will commit more penalties on the season.
