It's been a long time since Arizona Outlaws needed to punish people for mistakes. Not losing since the middle of last season make it like that. But when needed Arizona GMs can be pretty harsh. They usually come to punish people on individual basis. Of course it starts with team leadership - Jay Cue Jr. and Wendell Sailor. For Cue they take away a bottle of wine for each fumble that he has, and there is nothing that Cue Jr. loves more than his wine, even his MVPs come second. And for each and every player there are similar punishments. Overall team punishments are rarely needed, cause team plays too good for it and tensions rarely get high in locker room. You can say that maybe numerous playoff fails and chokes left their scars, and now Outlaws are becoming morally invincible, so smaller things just bounce off of the team psyche. Cause what doesn't kill you makes you stronger or whatever.
