If you were to ask Bender, the team doesn't do enough to reward or punish players for the penalties they commit during games. I mean, these actions can either cost us a game or fire us up enough to make a big play. A stern talking to is not nearly good enough. So Bender takes things into his own hands. He doesn't overdo it though. The punishment and rewards match the penalty committed. If a player holds, then Bender holds onto their money. And spends it on blackjack and hookers. If an O-lineman doesn't jump and causes an encroachment, they get a pat on the back. Congratulations, you did your job. If a player facemasks another or gets an unsportsman penalty, Bender will buy them a cigar. The good kind if you know what I mean He rewards this type of penalty because he feels like it's worth the price. It really fires him up!
