Throughout the season, we've had our fair share of bs flags and losses this season that have dented our chances of winning a championship. As you can expect, we've felt a bit frustrated and exasperated on how our season has gone. To combat this, we've decided to engage in yoga exercises and breathing before each game and after each game in order to calm our nerves and to make sure that our emotions do not run high and cost us more games the rest of this season. After we do yoga exercises post-game, we also head to a sauna and spa that's near the training facility so that we can not only get our left over frustration in terms of sweat but also increase our destressing and relaxation so that we can be refreshed for the rest of the season. Hopefully we can rely on these methods so that we can persevere and make a comeback this season with heightened emotions.
