The solution that the Arizona Outlaws use is a raffle. This raffle hold a host of different punishments thts are drawn out either at the end of the game / half / training session or season. Every time a penalty is commitee the player who’s fault it was is name is place in the raffle as many times as the number of panalty yards.
You may saw this isn’t fair as CB / OL are the most receptive of penalties well this is also taken care as for each offences that a player is on the feild they are also placed into the ballot.
