The New Orleans Second Line are a very well-disciplined team. They have managed to avoid making too many dumb penalties this year thanks to really strong leadership within their locker room. They have several key players who set the tone in the locker room. On offense, Elessar Jones and The Stig set an example by being quiet and responsible off the field, but vocal presences on the field and in practice. Jones calls out his young receivers for running routes wrong or dropping passes. He corrects the linemen in practice when they mess up blocking schemes and assignments or when they have penalties or procedural errors. By not letting these things slide in practice, the team is conditioned to avoid these silly mistakes when it matters. On defense, they are led by veterans Sir Peter Jackson and Amari Springer. They preach sound tackling technique to their teammates. They are rarely in the wrong place because of this great communication and they don't get silly interference or unnecessary roughness penalties.
