When it comes to controlling emotions in a game there are few better players out there than Jordan Hartline. While he is still young he has always had a good head on his shoulders. In terms of controlling behavior on the field the Fire Salamanders do a great job of making sure everyone in the organization is doing their part to keep things under control. It almost works like a buddy system and the team works together to make sure that everything is taken care of and players keep a good head on their shoulder. The team utilizes its captains to be the first line voice of reason. If players want to make it here they need to listen to people that are above them and that have been through the things that they are going through. Developing that kind of relationship and Locker Room is the number one way in which the Berlin Fire Salamanders help to control emotions.
