Harley Andrews understands the importance of getting away and taking a mental break during the offseason but staying active enough to remain in football shape. He is also a family man that likes to maximize that offseason time with his family. So, during the offseason, he does his best to balance these priorities.
To stay in shape, Andrews worked with his personal trainer on a workout plan that allowed him to complete short but intensive workouts in addition to a meal plan as it is so easy to lose sight of nutrition while away from the game. For example, they went on hikes often, played games while on the beach, and went swimming.
