What would make the league more exciting? Allow two-way players. Let a star wide receiver line up at cornerback for a while and see if they really can live up to all that trash talk. Let a linebacker take a few snaps at running back and see if they can really beat their counterparts. Let a tight end see if they can get after a quarterback as a defensive end or something like that. I think this would accomplish a few things. First it could allow for some truly unique statlines and whacky player builds. I think that alone would make it worth it. It comes with the added benefit of potentially helping to plug a few roster holes and stave off any talk of contraction. It might also give GMs a little bit of extra wiggle room in how they build their rosters, and who doesn't like that? We've seen what someone like Ohtani has done for baseball, why not see which ISFL player could do something similar and truly be excellent on both sides of the ball?
