I love the passion in this league, I've seen people put mountains of work into resources for our NOLA war room. The time they put into testing to try and find that little half percent more of winning %. It's also the way people talk about the different team's that they are on.
They are fiercely loyal and willing to take a back seat if it means their team will achieve more on the field.
Another thing that I read enjoy is the break neck speed that the league seems to move at. 16 games plus the playoffs fly by, in between each game is a scramble ... do we need to make any changes etc.
Then there is the lull post season, it seems to take forever. The scouting, the draft, the endless possibilities of what the next season could hold. Then it all starts again - it's a rhythm that I have really come to enjoy.
