Although he has just announced his retirement, I will have to answer this from the perspective of my old player Danny Nedelko. Danny would love to swap places on the depth chart with his own Quarterback, Donovan Winters III.
This is mostly to train Winters in the art of moving forwards, and recognising the linemen that are running at him - at present he lives with his eyes downfield and seems to enjoy getting blasted by pass rushers at big moments. Some snaps at running back would hopefully begin to nurture some situational awareness in him.
As for Danny taking snaps, he is definitely better equipped to avoid - or run straight through - the pass rush. It is fair to say that his arm is untested, but he has the biggest (definitely natural) arms in the league, so it's fair to assume that he could develop a cannon with a little bit of training.
I think it would go well - Danny is a born winner and leader, and it would be nice for the Outlaws not to have to look at the sneering, ugly face of Donovan Winters III in the huddle.
