The leadership of the Orange County Otters comes from the usual suspects such as coaches and veteran players, but the fire that burns in the heart of the team is fueled by the captains. William Strong, who is both a rookie as well as the captain of the offense is a spark plug who fills every room that he walks in to with infectious energy. His teammates on offense play that much harder due to their captain. This enthusiasm is backed up well by the calm and cool assistant captain Lloyd Bannings. Bannings has been around the league for years now and the experience shows. Even when the Otters are at their lowest, the signal caller always rallies the offense to do their best. On Defense they are led by another newcomer on the team. Captain Maxwell Jacob Friedman is around to provide veteran insight and to show the young players what championship caliber looks like. South West is their to back Friedman up as the assistant captain of the Defense, a position in which they have served on two occasions now. West is always keeping up his teammate's energy, something that is essential when they are struggling.
