Well, when you're based off the monstrosities that exist only in fiction, your locker room is bound to be a little unique and funky. It may not be a dynamic between players, but the locker room is modeled after those beasts we call ourselves after. With murals on the wall and lockers inspired by the various Kaiju in popular fiction, the room really gives you a feel that when you walk in you're walking into the lair of the beasts, ensuring that not only are you motivating the home team, but the away team is feeling the monstrous presence, one of many attempts to instill fear by using clever architecture. The game is won on more than just the 60 minutes of play, and mind games off the field can help impact the visiting team just as much as it can motivate and inspire the home team, so a focus on making the fiction into reality, inspiring the whole team to play their best, and be the beasts that we are, is just one way to create a strong locker room, strong morale, and a cohesive squad when the game is ready to start.
