If I was raging a personal war with a teammate this is how it would likely go down.
Them: Blaming someone for something that can’t be changed at this point or deciding that their point of view is the only one that is valid or should exist. Could also be deluded and be displaying an ego.
Me: Points out there is more than one way to look at things. That the world is not painted in black and white. Explaining that shades exist and while it is ok they can see from their view point they must acknowledge it is not the only one or the only valid one. Once the ego comes to play I laterally lose my cool, no one man or woman is the whole team. You think you are a god and can do no wrong… well that sounds like a good way to make me never want to interact with you. In my opinion there is a line between being proud and celebrating and shoving your victories in others faces, usually it comes down to those who remember that other ppl factor in and acknowledge their contribution to the over all success of both the team and individual.
Luckily for anyone who fights with me I don’t usually hold a grudge. it takes a lot for me to writw off a person entirely.
