To be honest, I think at this point so_evil should at the very minimum be removed as a DSFL GM. This entire punishment thread alone reaffirms the fact that he truly holds no remorse to the people he has hurt or continues to hurt, and he has basically been harassing Yeti members for months now for just being on the team at some point. His excuses seem to be "oh it was just a joke, why are you offended" and his "apologies" seem to basically say "sorry you got offended, we will never speak again and that will fix the issue." Teyon explained his behaviors perfectly though and much better than I could say it.
One of the greatest things about the ISFL is the welcoming and friendly community that we try to foster. Obviously it won't always be friendly and welcoming and there will be some issues here or there. But for an DSFL GM, one of the positions whos primary job is to foster that spirit to new creates starts actively harassing them? That to me shows they are not fit for the position, no matter how well they may run a team. DSFL GMs first priority should be welcoming in and helping new users into the league, as well as promoting a safe environment. If he actually showed remorse for what he has done and acknowledged he hurt people, unintentionally or otherwise, then this would be a different story. But since he still believes that he didn't really do anything wrong, then I don't think he will ever see the error in his ways and this light punishment will not do anything.
I have no experience with this user personally, but I have known and talked to many of the ones affected or who have tried talking to him in the past about his actions, and nothing changes. Being a DSFL GM just might not be cut out for so_evil and it seems like most of the league agrees.
