Everyone knows the importance of having good chemistry when it comes to team building. You can have the best superstars in the entire league, but the success will not last if you constantly have to balance the rowdy players that need to get attention. However, there are teams that can find the balance between superstars and incredible success. Nowhere else has been able to manage that better than the Minnesota Grey Ducks in S47. The team recently had many players get picked up in the ISFL draft that also had to swap positions. With that many faces in new areas, most teams would struggle to be able to find a great balance. Instead the Grey Ducks find themselves on top of the DSFL with a 6-1 record with plenty of growing potential of the new faces as the members of the team train each other for their old positions. Where an old face left, they still pass on their experience to the new person there. The blended locker room atmosphere in Minnesota has given them great success both off the field and on it.
