The Copperheads are a team based in Texas, so a few times every season the team gets together for a few rounds down at the shooting range. The American born players are usually the ones who put it together. Being pretty accurate himself, Jay Cue III was the one who taught Crasher Wake how to shoot. After the first couple times each season to de-rust and teach those who haven't shot before how to do everything, the third outing has traditionally been a competition. It has two parts: the individual standings where every player's shots count for their own score, and the team standings. The team themes change every season, ranging from a straight offense vs. defense to pairing off into teams of two or three based on something arbitrary like uniform number. The player who consistently surprises the team with their accuracy is the kicker Charlie Brown. It's a curse more than anything because it always gets brought up whenever he misses a kick in practice.
